Price changes and added new plan

Today we changed prices for some plans and added a new plan.
The price change took place because the provider decided to raise prices. The new added plan is $55 Simple Mobile plan that gives 10GB of 4G/LTE speed. This plan will be sold for $50 which is 10% off original price.
Please remember that we don't charge fee for activation, shipping and sim card. The price you see is the total price.

As part of our services we can also offer a simple phone to use while staying in USA. There are more than few reasons you may need a phone like that. I wrote few of them here:

We have great relationships with hotels around the USA. We can ship your Sim-card to any hotel/motel you wish for free and make sure they will hold it for you until you check-in. You don't have to do anything, just tell us the hotel name and we will schedule with them to delivery the Sim-card to you.
So when you're coming to USA and staying in a hotel, leave us the work to talk with them. We will know what to do and all that left for you is just to check-in. We're improving our service all the time just for you!

Schedule with us if you land in LAX

If you are coming to Los angeles you can schedule with us to meet you in the LAX airport and give you the Sim-cards there right when you land here! All we need from you is your flight details, date of arrival and your full name to write on the sign.
Please remember, we will meet you anytime between Sunday 6AM to Friday 10AM. Once we meet you in the airport we will provide the Sim-card and show you exactly how everything works. You can also pay right when we meet you there.

From now on not just USA but also Canada and Mexico

As of today we will be offering prepaid plans in Mexico and Canada as well. The plan will include Unlimited calls, Unlimited SMS and Unlimited Data (first 3GB will be 4G speed). You will be able to buy this plan just for Mexico and Canada and you will also have the option to add those countries to your USA prepaid plan for additional cost.
The option to use those plans will be offered only in the T-Mobile $75 prepaid plan (that we sell for $40) and will not be offered in the other plans plans. The additional cost for Mexico will be $20 and the additional cost to Canada will be $30.
The price for using the Sim-cards only in Mexico will be $60 and the price for using the Sim-cards only in Canada will be $70. We can ship free to USA/Mexico/Canada locations!

Activating your Sim-card

Customers asks us all the time how to activate the Sim-cards that they bought. The answer is very simple. They don't. Only we are activating the Sim-card that you bought. You need to tell us when you want it activated and we will take care of it.
If you will call the provider (T-Mobile/Simple Mobile) to activate it, they will ask you to pay again. If you called them and payed them to activate it, we will not be able to cancel that, and if you did that, you will eventually pay the originally price instead of the promotional price that we offer.
Please let us know when you want the Sim-card to be activated and we will do the activation for you. We cannot activate the Sim-cards on Saturday so in that case we can either activate them on Friday or on Sunday. By the way, soon we will be activating the Sim cards 24/7.

Data settings on our plans

As we always say, our plans includes unlimited data, but why sometimes the data isn't working? Mean you can't connect to the internet. This issue in 99% of the time is APN settings.
The APN setting is to let the phone how to use the data that is on the Sim card. We sell Simple Mobile plans and T-Mobile plans and setting up the APN for them is very easy.
Simple Mobile APN:
On iPhone:
1. Go to Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network
2. Add the word 'Simple' to the APN area.
On Android:
1. Go to Settings -> Mobile Data (some phones say "more") ->Access Point Names
2. Add new APN to that menu by tapping the menu button
3. Add the word 'Simple' to the APN area.
4. Save and restart.
T-Mobile APN:
On iPhone:
1. Go to Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network
2. Add this 'fast.t-mobile.com' to the APN area.
On Android:
1. Go to Settings -> Mobile Data (some phones say "more") ->Access Point Names
2. Add new APN to that menu by tapping the menu button

That's all, you're all set!

When you're traveling abroad and buying a local Sim-card, one of the things you have to verify is that the phones you'll be using is unlocked to any carrier. That means you can actually use any Sim-card and any carrier.

1. Install a foreign Sim-card in the phone. If your phone is originally from Vodafone in United Kingdom, try to install a Sim-card that doesn't belong to that carrier. The Sim-card can even be not a working Sim-card or not activated. If your phone is locked to the original carrier than you'll be prompt to unlock it either with a code or contact the carrier.
2. Take the phone to a phone shop and ask them to check it for you. Any phone shop can check it quickly and easily these days. Thats also should be free to check.
